The field of mHealth is in a state of rapid growth and change as manufacturers find new ways to merge consumer-oriented technologies with healthcare products and clinical needs. As such, it makes keeping track of the many devices within the mHealth field challenging. This section of the toolkit provides an overview of the types of devices and applications used in the delivery of mHealth services, but does not delve too deeply into specific models of equipment due to the constantly-shifting product landscape.
