Babylon Health provides video, audio and asynchronous telemedicine services, and leverages multiple in-house technologies for their platform. This product uses the OpenTok video platform, and Twillo as the audio platform, and requires a minimally viable connection to cellular or Wi-Fi Internet in order to provide the best experience. The Babylon Health provider model supports the use of a supplied provider panel, the use of the consumer’s provider panel, or a hybrid of both the consumer and their panel of providers. Reimbursement for clinical services provided includes CMS, Medicaid, and Private Insurance. Babylon Health does not provide any general cost information and states that cost information is available upon request.
