Bright.md provides video, and asynchronous telemedicine services, and uses a cloud-based, technology platform. This product does not have an audio or video platform, and requires as little as a 3G connection to provide services. The Bright.md provider model supports the use of a supplied provider panel, and reimbursement for clinical services provided includes CMS, Medicaid, and Private Insurance. Babylon Health does not provide any general cost information and states that cost information is available upon request.

Describe Ease of use for providers:
SmartExam automates 90% of primary care delivery effort, eliminating the burdensome administrative tasks clinicians deal with (charting, order entry, coding, billing). The automation in SmartExam keeps providers out of clunky EMRs, accessing relevant information for them automatically to create a chart-ready SOAP note with a provisional diagnosis. Once the provider has approved the diagnosis and treatment plan, SmartExam automatically updates the patient’s EMR, creates billing files, and manages patient follow-up communications, including prescription orders. Providers can deliver care for more than 450 low-acuity conditions from one screen, with a few clicks, from anywhere at any time, and in less than two minutes. The SmartExam interface is so intuitive and easy to use, providers can be trained to use it in 15 minutes to an hour. The efficiency realized by using SmartExam means providers can treat up to 15 times the number of patients compared to other solutions, leaving them more time to spend with patients with more complex medical conditions.
