InTouch Health provides video, audio and asynchronous telemedicine services using their own proprietary system. This product uses WebRTC Standards based audio and video (Opus codec technology) protocols and requires a minimum 300 kbps – but recommends a higher bandwidth up to 4 Mbps – in order to provide the best experience. The InTouch provider model supports the use of a supplied provider panel, the use of the consumer’s provider panel, or a hybrid of both the consumer and their panel of providers. Reimbursement for clinical services provided includes CMS, Medicaid, Private Insurance and other payers. InTouch Health provides some cost information viewable in our vendor summary, and states additional costs are available upon request.

Our platform can perform bi-directional data integrations with the EHR through conventional standards (e.g. HL7). or our Connect Embedded, delivers a user interface integration within the EHR. This approach allows users to simplify their daily routines by launching audio video consultations from within existing systems for seamless workflows and a more integrated healthcare solution.

Describe Ease of use for providers:
Our solution is designed for virtual care, made easy. Our fully integrated virtual care platform provides a core set of tools and services for a seamless user experience designed to scale for any use case. Our configurable software allows for intake processes, documentation, scheduling, imaging and analytics. We provide a single user interface with a personalized dashboard to allow providers to manage all virtual care interactions.   This includes a platform available on web, desktop, and mobile devices with end-to-end care coordination with technology and software modules available to create continuity of care for that patient. Interoperability capabilities allow for the easy exchange of patient data between unaffiliated or disparate care facilities and allow patient data to be passed seamlessly between systems.

Yes. The provider needs access to our Solo by InTouch Virtual Care Platform.

Describe ease of use for consumers/patients:
Our approach with our customers is to leverage their existing points of patient access (existing EMR portals, websites, etc...) from which we integrate our solution into the existing workflow. For example, a patient can visit a customer’s website and see a button that says something like “schedule a virtual visit”, then click on the button and enter into our products clinical workflow. Or, the patient could go into an existing patient portal and see a link for consultation to enter into an existing pre-scheduled consultation.
