Describe Ease of use for providers:
Our solution is easy to use, and we offer the right level of training. Providers do not need to download an app from the Apple or Google Play stores that requires updates or takes up significant space on a device. (We utilize a web-based app, rather than in-store app.) We have an onboarding process for new providers that is clear and straightforward, which involves a personalized training. Additionally, we send providers regular communications to keep them engaged and current, and we offer formalized training on a quarterly basis. All providers have access to portal with training materials and resources.

How long does it take to set up your solution for providers?:
Since it’s a web-based application, it can be set up in less than minute. We simply give the provider login information to sign in. New providers undergo a one-hour, one-on-one training. Continuing education is provided on a quarterly basis moving forward.

Patients can locate a nearby, open pharmacy. Further, we have a Care Coordination team that is available 24/7 to schedule appointments, troubleshoot technology issues and answer questions. There is no need to download an app, as our technology is web-based (including video integration).

How long to set up your solution for consumers/patients?:
It takes less than 10 minutes to sign up and request a visit. The entire process, including wait time and treatment, is completed in about 30 minutes for medical visits. Behavioral health sessions can be scheduled at a time convenient to the patient, in as few as 24 hours.
