Mend Telehealth provides video, audio and asynchronous telemedicine services using their own Mend platform. This product uses their own Mend Telehealth based video and audio platform and requires 100-250 kbps connections to provide services. The Mend Telehealth provider model supports the use of a supplied provider panel, and reimbursement for clinical services provided includes CMS, Medicaid, Private Insurance and other payers. Mend Telehealth provides some cost information viewable in our vendor summary, and states additional costs are available upon request.

Providers love the ease of use. Green means go. When the appointment lights up green, it takes one click to start the visit from anywhere. Providers also like the fact that we can integrate with most EHR/PMS systems and that we have simple telehealth workflows for their staff to eliminate duplicate entry.
