US Tele-Medicine provides video, audio and asynchronous telemedicine services using their own OLIVER EMER-HL7 MU2 platform. This product uses their own proprietary video and audio protocols, and requires 2.0 Mbps up and 6.0 Mbps down for triple screen, and to provide the best experience. The US Tele-Medicine provider model supports the use of a supplied provider panel, the use of the consumer’s provider panel, or a hybrid of both the consumer and their panel of providers. What platform do you use?:
OLIVER EMR - an HL7 MU2 rated platform that also operates our business. It was written in 22 languages to allow the transfer of documentation worldwide. It is supported by a series of 6 redundant solid-state multi-petabyte servers located in the USA and Indonesia, functioning with a 2040bit encryption rate.

Describe Ease of use for providers:
It was specifically designed for ease of use with a logical process in providing care. A great concern was physician fatigue so we elected not to have intrusive pop-up graphs, animations or photos. Its ability to operate in 22 languages provides foreign-born providers the benefit of operating in their mother tongue while knowing the system will maintain units of measure and abbreviations commonly used in the USA.

We set up a new EMR platform within 48 hours and personalize the system based on the users' specialty.

It is a direct application, easy to read, available in 22 languages, and is updated as new events take place. Consumers may send messages to providers or staff, may forward documents to other providers.
