Zypnosis provides video, audio and asynchronous telemedicine services using their own Zypnosis platform. This product uses their own Zypnosis proprietary video and audio protocols and requires an internet connection in order to connect to their system. The Zypnosis provider model supports the use of a supplied provider panel, and reimbursement for services provided includes CMS, Medicaid, Private Insurance and other payers. Zypnosis provides some cost information viewable in our vendor summary, and states additional costs are available upon request.

Describe Ease of use for providers:
The Zipnosis platform was designed for the people who actually use it--providers and patients. Our platform offers flexible workflows, designed with each unique health system and their providers needs in mind. It is intuitive and user friendly, integrated into providers existing experience. Throughout the course of a virtual visit providers have access to a number of documentation templates from SOAP note templates to patient education templates. All templates are editable and built specifically for the providers needs. With the Zipnosis platform, it takes less than one hour to train new providers allowing health systems to quickly scale in times of high patient volume.

How long does it take to set up your solution for providers?:
We can implement the Zipnosis platform with health systems in just 60 days. In the case of our COVID-19 Rapid Response platform, set up takes just 15 days.

Special equipment required? If yes, how do they get it?:
No. Providers can access the Zipnosis platform from any device, anywhere. We also offer EMR and third party integrations to seamlessly fit into health systems existing provider experience and infrastructure.

For consumers, getting set up on the Zipnosis platform is as simple as visiting a website. Account set up is at the discretion of each health system we work with, however many allow a guest visit for patients, without needing to even set up a log in or account.
