Basic Video Troubleshooting Guide: Clinic/Provider 

This troubleshooting guide is geared toward the clinic provider to include the use of stand-alone carts, laptops, desktops, and tablets as video conferencing endpoints.  It should be noted that audio/video platforms vary, and it is important to read and follow the manufacturers’ specific troubleshooting guidelines as well as the recommendations of your IT support team.
