Before cleaning, switch off power. Do not use solvents on unit. Never clean with an abrasive such as steel wool or metal polish. Do not allow liquid to enter the product, and do not immerse any parts of the device into any liquids. After cleaning device surface, wipe the surface of the device with alcohol and dry surface. Do not attempt to sterilize the equipment by high temperature or high pressure steam sterilizing process. Do not use E-beam or gamma radiation sterilization or other methods. Recharge the battery when indicated on screen. Device needs to be calibrated once a year by a qualified technician. DO NOT use device in environment with flammable gas such as some ignitable anesthetic agents.

Pros
|
SpO2 feature unique and usable. LCD monitor clear and usable. This seems to be a consumer product suitable for home use. Visible EKG readout exists.

Cons
|
Difficult to place. Static sound interference painful to ears when moving unit. Diaphragm integrated into the unit, there is no chest piece. Included ear buds/headphones are poor quality. No auto shut off or power saving features. Heart rate visual display subject to random changes due to sensor movement. The only way to obtain reasonable heart tones is by using professional quality headphones.
