Care/Cleaning/Maintenance
|
Cleaning should be done between each patient use with an alcohol wipe. The diaphragm can be removed and cleaned with alcohol. Do not immerse or attempt to sterilize. Ear tubes, ear tips, plastic tubing and chest piece can be wiped clean with alcohol. Ear tips may be removed for a more thorough cleaning. Keep stethoscope away from heat, cold, solvents and oils.
