Home Telehealth

The term ‘home telehealth’ refers to the software, hardware, and communications network required to provision the monitoring and delivery of healthcare to a patient’s home. This toolkit looks at the component parts of a home telehealth delivery system, and the things to consider before deployment.

About This Technology – this section aims to bring members up to speed on the concepts and terms behind home telehealth solutions.
